1 cup peanuts
2 tbsp dry coconut
some curry leaves
½ cup coriander seeds
2 tbsp cumin
1 tablespoon fennel

1 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp dry mango powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
¼ cup kasoori methi
2 tbsp sesame seeds

1- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Fry the garlic cloves in it until they turn golden brown.
2- Roast the peanuts until they become crunchy.
3- Now reduce the gas flame and add dry coconut and curry leaves. Roast until golden brown.
4- Take out this mixture in a plate and keep it to cool.
5- Now add ½ cup coriander seeds, 2 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp fennel and ¼ cup sesame in the pan.

7- When this masala cools down well, then mix everything and grind it into a coarse powder.
8- Put this powder in a big bowl. Add ¼ cup red chilli powder, 1 tbsp turmeric, 2 tbsp dry mango powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, ¼ cup kasoori methi, 2 tbsp sesame and 2 tbsp salt.
